I love these liberal tree huggers. Question authority any time they wish and think they're in charge. Surprised the cop didn't arrest the wife as well. |

The police officer should have told the guy how fast he was going. He should not have arrested the guy. He gets the ticket whether he signs the ticket or not. The officer was over zealous at best! |

What a Prick!!(The Cop) The cop was totally out of line...The cop must have been going over the speed limit because he pulls to the side just so he can pull this guy over...This cop was so out of line.If I were this guy I would get me a lawyer and press charges. |

Why do you taser a guy and leave him laying right next to traffic? This cop was ridiculously overzealous and should lose his job for his completely inappropriate actions. You do not taser somebody in a situation like this. The cop had all the information he needed IF the guy was going to drive away (which is doubtful since the truck wasn't running). In any case - the cop had the registration and the guy's license. Its amazing that the cop didn't throw his camera away - but apparently he was that stupid to think it would exonerate him. |

The Officer did EXACTLY what he was trained. The driver refused to sign the citation, which leaves the Police NO choice but to take you ito custody. During the Arrest the subject became resistive and refused to comply. The subject even attempted to leave by turning and walking back to the vehicle. What was the Officer suposed to do? Let him get back in the vehicle and now have a high speed pursuit. If you people are going to be critical read and learn the law. Dont try and practice it with someone who knows the law are you might be the next to get tazed (justifible so) |

Although the guy in the car was a bit spoiled. The cop went way overboard with the stun gun, arresting the guy for not following his orders, and then lying about his exploits to the guys wife and buddy. 'He threatened me and was trying to get away' ... what a bunch of bull. It used to be that cops were out to Serve and Protect, now there out there to do steroids with their gay buddies and bully weak people. |

Wrong answer! When you're told by an officer of the law to do something...you do it! If you don't like it you can fight it in its proper place (a court of law)! In the meantime, such your damned mouth and do as you're told. This guy was a smartassed punk! He was told to turn around, he didn't, guess what...? Pay the price smart ass! Yours isn't to question! He doesn't have a friggin leg to stand on and no judge will give him the time of day in his "lawsuit." Act like an insubordinate jackass....get treated as such. |

Look at what all the tax payers’ money is going on now days. We now know why crime rate is so high, because we are spending more time tase people for asking questions than going after the ones who are out there robbing, killing, and stilling. Thanks looks like my money is being used will |

:) I love it,I hope the cop gave him a ticket for public urination when the taser made him piss himself... |

This is a good example of police officers with "jail house mentality" Not everyone they encounter are criminals! There is no such thing as contempt of cop. what a Barney. The cop was never in danger... the gut was not going to run and leave his wife and kid. You can see the other cop knew this was uncalled for... but cops stick together. |

Ok at first I was on the drivers side of this situation but if you eliminate the video and listen carefully the officer was fully justified to do what he did , the driver was non compliant from the start and it continued to escalate into a situation that led to his tazering. Im sorry but in this senario even though I saw entrapment, also saw the driver being non compliant to the officer's demands. Which were not out of the ordinary , The only issue I saw was that he was not warned of the tazer , Here it is required you warn a suspect before deploying your tazer , Also the search at the end was illegal , You have to gain consent from the registered owner or a dog has to be brought in to do a search. Oh and the cop is a liar to his buddy , he said he warned him...F**king liar to cover his own ass. |

The cop was wrong. the speed that is posted starts where the sign is posted not before. its the bad apples that make it worse for all the others. the video shows the whole story. |

cops think that just cuz they have a frigging badge they can bully people...this prick ass cop was probably bullied as a kid and now picks on people.. he did not behave properly! |

This cop thinks he is god. They have quota's and if they don't meet them with pulling good or bad people over, then they will be looking for another job. I would like to see assholes like this idiot cop get tased and see how they like it. I was pissed one time when stopped and refused to sign the ticket, but the cop didn't act like this bonehead fool! I still got the ticket without my signature on it. Well hope someday we will get better men in the police department. |

The guy being arrested was pointless, everyone has the right to have there rights read to them and that officer ignored the rules. So now the guy has proof that he didnt have his rights read to him and if he goes to court he will get out free of charge. His arrest was pointless and stupid. |

People should realize that Cops are not always certain as to how people are going to react. When someone gets out of their vehicle without being told to, it reflects a sense of anger and danger. If he just would have done what the officer told him then none of the other things would have happened. That was the worst thing for him to do, get out of his car and walk up to the cop. For some reason people have problems following orders and directions. It was all the civilians fault. Sorry. |

Just do what the hell the cop says! Whether you think its right or not, it doesn't matter. Hash that out in court but just do what the cop tells you to do. Its so simple!!! |

Did you notice the driver reaching into his right pocket as he was walking back to the car while the cop was ordering him to stop and put his hands behind his back? That would make any cop nervous and have to take action immediately. The cop held the taser gun out in full view and repeated his order repeatedly and the guy still didn't obey! The cop had every right to stun him. The driver was a complete idiot. |

I think the cop should have tased his screaching harpy wife too. This tool wants to try and weasel his way out of a ticket, is a complete A-hole, and when he refuses to sign the ticket, the cop does what he should do. Signing the ticket is justa promise to appear. Since he refused, he was under arrest so he could go post bond. when the cop tells you to put your hands on your head and turn around 3 times, and you ignore him, you DESERVE the tasering you get. Its just a shame he didn't tase him in the cajones, which would stop the little whiney A-hole from reproducing and bring us more little pricks into the world. |

You must be the cop that did it |

The driver should of kept his pie hole shut and took the ticket and should of went to court with it. That simple...but NO This banjo picker wanted to hold court on the street tho. WRONG see what you get.. |

Ask your local law enforsement about the videos they use for training. There are several out there with the "speeder" going back to the car, putting hands in the pockets, etc. Just frustrating the Officer till the Officer was distracted then shooting him (the Officer) in the head ! ! ! And not with a taser ! ! ! My wife's a Deputy and I hope she will keep control of situations like this Officer did. When you get stopped, whether you think it's right or not THE OFFICER IS IN CONTROL, argue your point in court. Less than 1 tenth of a percent of people have adverse after efects from a taser, 100% have adverse efects from a gun or nightstick. Which would you rather he use to encourage YOU to keep your big mouth shut and follow instructions. The biggest problem today is people don't think they should be held accountable for their actions. |
